The Simaudio Ltd. family of authorized dealers is a group of high-end audio and video retailers
that have been carefully chosen to represent Simaudio’s MOON products. Despite our ongoing efforts
to continuously protect our dealers, sometimes parties outside of our authorized dealer network will
attempt to sell you Simaudio products, and thus take advantage of a situation that favors them, and
not yourself. Please beware of such resellers, and do not purchase from them!
In an effort to control and police this activity, Simaudio continously monitors the market and
attempts to locate and isolate parties that jeopardize the integrity of our family of dealers.
The members of our dealer network are carefully chosen, based on their merits and ability to
provide the best in professional advice, service and support for you, our valued customer.
An unauthorized dealer cannot offer this. In addition, our manufacturer’s warranty that
accompanies every new product is valid through our family of qualified authorized dealers.
Who is an unauthorized dealer ?
Any party that has not received written legal permission from Simaudio Ltd. to represent Simaudio
MOON products in the United States and Canadian marketplaces. This representation includes not only
our products, it also includes the legal right to use our patents, trademarks, intellectual
content, product photography, company literature, advertising materials, etc.
If you are unsure whether your dealer is part of our dealer network or not, please contact us! Because
