Job summary

In full growth, we are searching for a dynamic and bilingual colleague to help us spread our brand around the world. As a bilingual technical support agent, you will be at the front of communicating with our customers. A basic knowledge of audio systems is therefore essential since you will be responsible of answering technical questions on our various products, as well as offering technical support in solving software, equipment and connectivity problems. By remotely participating in the analysis and diagnosis of hardware or software faults, you will be, in the eyes of our customers, a high-level rescuer.

Description of key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries through on-line chat, emails and phone calls
  • Communicate with the client during the repair process. Logging and keeping records of the different queries
  • Prepare quotes for repairs and upgrades.
  • Offer technical assistance to customers or partners.
  • Provide customer/technical support by phone, email, Facebook etc.
  • Support the service and repair departments.
  • Write user manuals or service manuals
  • Write various documents related to technical support, product specifications etc.
  • Assist in updating the website

  • Autonomy, initiative and creative
  • College degree in administration
  • Bilingual
