Job summary

As the Brand Manager for MOON, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life within our internal and external networks, as well as on our digital platforms.

To achieve this, you will respond to requests from our partners while also demonstrating creativity in content creation and bilingual writing.

You will play a key role in strategic planning and the execution of various social events (trade shows, social media, etc.).

 

Description of key responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of the marketing function both within the company and externally.
  • Ensure brand consistency and its deployment in target markets and among our existing partners.
  • Create innovative marketing content related to our brand.
  • Write marketing content to bring our brand to life.
  • Contribute to the development of a marketing strategy that aligns with our brand, company identity, and market.
  • Produce innovative and engaging digital content to consistently showcase our brand.
  • Establish and implement a social media strategy for the MOON brand.
  • Manage the various social media channels for the brand.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of brand experience initiatives and provide ideas for continuous improvement of deployed actions.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of all produced content and guarantee its dissemination internally and externally.
  • Support the Sales Director in market research, customer behavior analysis, needs assessment, and buying patterns to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate the profitability of choices, actions, and the marketing plan.
  • Conduct marketing and strategic monitoring on competitor products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing and/or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
