Storekeeper

Job summary

Under the authority of the supply chain coordinator, the storekeeper is responsible for carrying out the general management of the parts and tools in our in-house store. In addition, he/she is responsible for providing the necessary equipment for the production floor and our subcontracting partners for the manufacture of the products.

Description of key responsibilities

Receiving the goods
Lift boxes of 25 kg (60lbs)
Ensure the quality of the product received and report any anomalies
Manage store inventory
According to the work orders, prepare the picking slips for the electronic assembly production line and the device assembly line
Prepare assembly kits for subcontractors
Ensuring the proper functioning of Kanban’s
Notify the buyer of the parts to be purchased
Operate the forklift
Manage the management of noncompliant parts
Provide inventory information

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in a related field
